About

A consulting firm. Not a lead-gen agency.

We're a remote-first team of engineers who build and maintain outbound sales infrastructure for B2B teams that don't have an in-house engineer. You work directly with the people who write the code, not an account manager relaying messages.

Background

We moved from building general software into a narrower specialty: the technical machinery behind outbound sales. The shift happened after we built that machinery for a B2B technology company and watched what changed when the manual process became a system instead.

We built the pipeline that acquires and enriches prospect data, validates and deduplicates it, coordinates outreach across dozens of shared mailboxes, and syncs every result back to the CRM automatically. That engagement is the proof asset on our case studies page: 40+ campaigns automated for different businesses, roughly 140,000 records under management, and a measured 60% reduction in manual sales effort.

Beyond sales infrastructure

Before specialising in sales infrastructure, we built facility assessment platforms and compliance reporting systems for health sector and regulatory organisations, covered as anonymised case studies. That work is where we learned to build systems that have to run correctly with no one watching them, which carries directly into how we build outbound infrastructure now.

How we work

Our engineers work remotely and communicate directly with you, without layers of account management in between. Every engagement starts with the same audit, regardless of which engineer on the team ends up building it, so the process stays consistent even as the team grows.

What happens if you stop working with us

Every build ships with full documentation and lives in your own tool accounts, not ours. The code runs in your repositories. The workflows run in your n8n, your CRM, your mailbox infrastructure. Another engineer, ours or yours, could read the documentation and take over without needing anything from us. You are never locked into a single point of failure to keep the system running.

Selling into DACH

Our team includes working German-language market experience, which matters if your outbound targets Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. Deliverability, compliance expectations, and buyer behaviour differ from the US and UK, and the infrastructure needs to account for that.

We're remote-first and work with clients across the US, UK, and DACH regions. Time zone overlap has not been a blocker for any engagement so far.

$750, credited against the build

Start with an audit,
not a sales call.

One week from kickoff, you get a workflow map, a quantified cost of your current manual process, and a fixed quote for the build. The $750 fee is credited in full if you commission the build within 30 days. If automation isn't worth it for you, you keep the report and get a full refund.
