Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing leadsranc.com or purchasing services from LeadsRanc Consultancy ("LeadsRanc", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
LeadsRanc provides done-for-you B2B lead generation services as described on our website. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of each client engagement are defined in a separate Service Agreement signed by both parties.
3. Payment Terms
Service fees are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 7 calendar days of issue. Late payment may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your Service Agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, copy, strategies, and methodologies created by LeadsRanc remain the intellectual property of LeadsRanc until full payment has been received. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use deliverables for your stated business purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
LeadsRanc's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service with 30 days' written notice. LeadsRanc reserves the right to terminate immediately for non-payment or material breach of these terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LeadsRanc Consultancy is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
