Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing leadsranc.com or purchasing services from LeadsRanc Consultancy ("LeadsRanc", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
LeadsRanc provides custom software development services as described on our website. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of each client engagement are defined in a separate Service Agreement signed by both parties.
3. Payment Terms
Project fees are billed according to the payment schedule outlined in each Service Agreement (typically a deposit upon signing and one or more milestone payments). Invoices are due within 7 calendar days of issue. Late payment may result in suspension of development work. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your Service Agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
All source code, design files, and documentation produced by LeadsRanc are transferred in full to the client upon receipt of final payment. LeadsRanc retains no ongoing licence, copyright, or claim over deliverables once the project is paid in full. We retain the right to reference the project as part of our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
LeadsRanc's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service with 30 days' written notice. LeadsRanc reserves the right to terminate immediately for non-payment or material breach of these terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LeadsRanc Consultancy is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
